Building cooling and heating equipment design and operation including chillers, boilers, pumps, cooling towers and heat exchangers.Design and operation of fluid distribution and HVAC systems including exhaust systems, HVAC equipment and humidification systems.Troubleshoot system deficiencies, develop and implement robust maintenance strategies and identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce cost.Oversight of the building mechanical systems with a focus on safety, operational reliability, cost effective operations and a proactive maintenance program while ensuring compliance with local building codes and adherence to industry guidelines.Other related functions as assigned.
