IBM Entry Level Project Manager in Austin, Texas
Introduction
We are seeking an entry‑level Project Manager focused on Change Management to support strategic initiatives across IBM Operations. In this role, you’ll help plan, track, and support organizational change efforts while implementing core project management practices. Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation for change initiatives.
Assist in developing change strategies, communication materials, and stakeholder engagement plans.
Coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
Help assess project risks, dependencies, and impacts.
Collect and analyze feedback to support continuous improvement.
Contribute to team presentations, reporting, and executive updates.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and transformation leaders.
