Work closely with organizational stakeholders to perform system installation, configuration, troubleshooting, performance analysis, tuning, upgrading, patch maintenance, license management, system backup administration, and user account/environment administration.Migration of on-premise based infrastructure systems to Microsoft Government Community Cloud (GCC).Ongoing routine technical maintenance (systems/applications)Perform regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standardsImplement and manage monitoring and observability solutions for cloud and on-premises environmentsDirect end-user supportOther related functions as assigned
