Project Delivery Success
Oversee project delivery as Director: Serve as CLM subject matter expert (SME) and project/program leader in billable capacity on CLM implementation and optimization client engagements, guiding Epiq resources through project management, requirements definition, future state design, solution architecture, and quality assurance. Oversee project progress and serve as escalation point for resolution of issues. Promote proactive communication internally and externally and support project teams to successfully go live. Ensure client satisfaction while building long-term client relationships and identifying future expansion opportunities.
Lead CLM advisory and strategy engagements: Lead or participate as CLM SME in a billable Director role on CLM advisory and strategy engagements such as Current State Assessments, To-Be Process designs, Roadmap development, and Vendor Selection by driving requirements gathering and creating client deliverables. Confidently present to client stakeholders and executives. Share knowledge and best practices regarding various CLM technologies and current market trends. Drive engagements forward to successfully meet all project milestones and secure Epiq as a trusted advisor for engagements to follow.
Practice development and growth
Lead CLM business analyst team: Manage North American team of CLM BA resources including technical enablement, individual growth plans, project resource planning, and direct people management to ensure employee engagement and empowerment. Contribute to the ongoing growth of the Contracts Solutions practice as a leader in the market for reliable, knowledgeable, and professional CLM experts known for delivery of enterprise success.
Own CLM project delivery methodology: Create technical best practice project delivery methodology for CLM engagements and enterprise programs that is repeatable and scalable for practice growth. Develop internal team enablement plan, train and empower technical resources for standardized processes, manage internal documentation and knowledge base, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Overall client success management: Provide ongoing guidance to all delivery team resources, ensuring projects meet the initial client expectations set during the scoping phase and leading through the resolution of escalations. Lead internal project retrospective meetings to document learnings and share with the larger delivery team.
Support Epiq sales opportunities
Participate in sales scoping sessions: Collaborate with Epiq sales team to define project use cases, success criteria, scope, timelines, pricing models, and resource needs, ensuring they align with the Contract Solutions practices delivery capabilities. These sessions directly support practice growth by ensuring projects are scoped for both client success and future expansion opportunities.
Assist in delivery of RFPs: Lead or contribute to responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), collaborating on submissions from channel partners and overflow from
