Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for clinical programs within the department. Develop and implement innovative clinical programs to meet the mental health needs of diverse populations.Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for clinical programs, including patient outcomes, access to care, and program growth. Conduct regular data analysis to assess program effectiveness and implement improvements.Oversee budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation for clinical programs. Ensure clinical programs operate efficiently within allocated budgets while maintaining high-quality care.Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring efficient workflows and optimal patient care delivery. Address operational challenges to improve patient access and satisfaction.Provide regular updates to departmental leadership on clinical program progress, challenges, and achievements.Serve as a liaison between clinical programs and other institutional departments.Collaborate with faculty leaders to establish, manage, and strengthen clinical partnerships with community organizations and partner programs, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality patient care.Perform other related duties as assigned.
