- Maintain an organized and clean work environment and assist in tracking office supply inventory.2. Answer and route incoming calls and greet in person guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.3. Complete clerical duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, data entry, and other similar tasks.4. Assist with set up/breakdown of meetings and events.5. Pick up and deliver materials on campus.6. Assist with documentation, preparation, dissemination, and destruction of official documents.7. Perform other related duties as required.
