: Lead operational data tracking across all KS WELI programs, events, and initiatives; maintain accurate, centralized datasets for reporting and decision-makingOwn impact measurement and reporting, including data collection and analysis for semester and annual Impact Reports and external submissionsBuild and maintain analytic dashboards (primarily in Excel and related tools) to track KPIs, engagement metrics, and other growth trendsCreate and manage data intake systems (forms, workflows, database connectors) that feed into centralized tracking systems and ensure data integrityDesign and administer surveys (Qualtrics) to evaluate program effectiveness; analyze quantitative and qualitative results to conduct iterationCompare cross-semester and year-over-year data to identify trends, growth patterns, and strategic opportunitiesManage and optimize KS WELIs CRM for partner, mentor, and speaker leads; maintain clean pipelines and reporting accuracyConduct research for KS WELI-related projects, including technology implementation and adoptionCreate standard operating processes and procedures as needed, including training for team membersCollaborate cross-functionally with programming, marketing, and administrative teams regularlyPromote and present KS WELI throughout campus and participate in events, presentations, tabling and other marketing initiatives that help with engagement and awarenessSupport in partner coordination across campus and in the community, ensuring the right parties are plugged in to support our community and can ensure to work with other intern teams for executionOther duties as assigned
