Peak Performers Customer Service & Operations Support Admin in Austin, Texas
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Operations Support Admin to support a fast-paced team environment with a strong focus on customer service, communication, and administrative operations. Major Duties
Sort and route incoming mail and other communications to the appropriate internal departments
Respond to customer email inquiries and manage customer accounts in accordance with established guidelines and procedures
Assist customers and stakeholders through multiple channels, including in-person, phone, email, fax, and internet
Enter and maintain accurate data in databases and records systems
Process customer correspondence and perform general clerical and administrative support tasks
Conduct research to help resolve customer service issues as needed
Assist with preparing, interpreting, and distributing information related to programs, procedures, and services
Maintain logs, records, and reports related to service activity
Explain and clarify rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to customers andstakeholders
Support the team with additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor
Highly organized, detail-oriented, High level of accuracy in data entry, recordkeeping, and administrative documentation, particularly when sorting and routing incoming mail and communications to the appropriate departments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, takes thorough notes, and contributes to maintaining efficient day-to-day operations in a collaborative team setting.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with a variety of individuals with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Exciting Opportunity Details
Compensation Rate: $25.50/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (40 hours per week)
Project Term: 6 months, with potential for extension
Target Start Date: 3/23
Location: Austin, TX (Capitol Complex)
