Assists OnRamps Course Staff with day-to-day operational aspects of Rhetoric data analytics to support student success.Provides support for Sibme and Zoom analytics (video coaching and conferencing software.)Provides support in Canvas Learning Management system.Offers communications support.Summarizes findings, creates reports (including charts and graphs), maintains databases of statistical information, and engages in other quality control measures.Writes and edits processes, guides, checklists, and assets according to best practices.Other projects as assigned.
