ManpowerGroup CNC Machinist in Austin, Texas
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the Austin, TX area, is seeking a dedicated CNC Machinist to join their dynamic team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, problem-solving skills, and a strong mechanical aptitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Operate CNC mills, lathes, and manual machining equipment to produce high-quality parts.
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions accurately.
Program CNC machines using Fusion 360 or Mastercam to ensure precision and efficiency.
Perform routine inspections of machined parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to safety protocols.
What's Needed?
At least 5 years of experience in CNC machining and programming.
Proficiency with Fusion 360 or Mastercam software.
Strong knowledge of machining processes, safety practices, and CNC operations.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Excellent attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
