Develops training curricula, in conjunction with subject matter experts, that meets instructional goals and objectives for UHS compliance modules and other training as deemed necessary.Coordinates the Infection Prevention and Control Program.Serves as the Safety Coordinator.Participates in UHS quality improvement and risk management activities.Supports the AAAHC Coordinator in preparation for the accreditation of the health center by the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).Exhibits customer service-oriented behavior and excellent public relations skills in all aspects of work.Maintains patient health records.Demonstrates regular and punctual attendance pattern.Accepts other duties as assigned.
