Conduct campus-wide classroom technology checks from 6:008:00 a.m. or 6:00 8:00 p.m. to ensure functionality ahead of scheduled classes.Staff the Classroom Support Help Desk, providing phone and in-person support for Faculty/Staff experiencing classroom technology issues.Dispatch to classrooms in response to active technology support requests.Create support tickets for classroom technology issues and user-reported problems.Transporting equipment, tools, or other supplies to various buildings on-campus.Assist Classroom Support Technicians with various projects as assigned.
