Deliver individualized career advising services to students and recent graduates, including strategic 1:1 sessions, application material reviews, mock interviews, and tailored resource recommendations. As a core counselor, your primary responsibility is to build relationships with assigned students and track their employment progress from 1L through graduation. To effectively advise students, counselors must be well-versed in the full spectrum of legal career paths and also serve as a private sectorlaw firm, judicial internship and Intellectual Property lawspecialist. Build and maintain strong connections with students, student organization leaders, alumni, faculty, administrators, and legal employers to foster a robust professional network.Design, coordinate, and present career-related programming and workshops. Contribute to the development and publication of career resources and materials.Represent the Career Services Office and the School of Law at professional conferences, employer meetings, and campus events.Perform additional related duties as assigned.
