Strategic Partnership: Collaborates with campus stakeholders to understand organizational strategy and identify value. Maintains alignment of expectations across all stakeholder groups.Relationship Building: Cultivates a high-trust network of Enterprise Technology divisions contacts and campus partners. Engages with business units and functional areas to understand strategic goals and ensure IT initiatives are driven by partner-focused business value.Demand Shaping: Collaborates with Enterprise Technology service owners and leadership to implement strategic technology needs and solutions that align with business needs of the campus community.Engagement and Advocacy: Leverages relationship networks to capture and advocate for technology needs that enhance university objectives. Manages systems and Enterprise Technology practices to elevate awareness of campus needs and priorities amongst service owners and leadership. Prioritizes an engagement approach that ensures all stakeholders are informed regarding identified needs, priorities, and next steps.Project Engagement and Change Management: Facilitation of change management, adoption, meeting and workgroup coordination, and other relationship building opportunities for successful outcomes.Perform other related functions as assigned.
