Community Outreach and EngagementIdentify Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) organizations and businesses online that may support study outreach.Participate in in-personoutreach activitiesas needed.Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with community leaders and organizational contacts.Recruitment Communication and DisseminationShare study announcements via Chinese-American online platforms (e.g., Whats app, Instagram, forums, etc.).Distribute printed and digital materials to online/offlinecommunities (e.g., churches, senior centers, cultural events).Make outreach phone calls and speak with representatives to build and maintain recruitment partnerships.Translate study materials (e.g., announcements, consent forms) into Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) when needed.Monitor and report responses and inquiries to the research team.Support, Strategy and DevelopmentContribute to the development and improvement of recruitment strategies through team meetings.Maintain detailed recruitment logs and prepare status reports for team meetings.Participate in weekly team meetings and apply research ethics and best practices.
