Assist faculty and other classroom users with the operation of multimedia and computer systems.Assist in training and supervising a team of student employees responsible for providing specialized, technical support.Assist with management of inventory in Liberal Arts technology classrooms.Identify and repair faults and failures within complex audio/visual systems.Perform highly-skilled and technical work involving the installation, operation, maintenance and support of audio/visual and AV control system equipment.Provide on-call telephone and technical support to classroom users sometimes outside of normal business hours.Provide technical assistance in the planning, construction, repair, and renovation of classroom technology systems. Provide technical support for the operations of the Liberal Arts Classroom Help Desk.Other related functions as assigned.?
