Coordinate scheduling of user groups and event management 30-50 events annually. Manage event set-up and tear-down and event operations.Train and manage facility staff for facility opening and closing as well as daily routine operations.Supervision of staff and management of training and certifications according to industry standards and laws. Responsible for emergency response planning and operations.Assist the director in management of the Texas Swimming Center including budget, facility improvements, capital projects, and event bids.Responsible for website and outside communications.
