Oversee daily operations of Visitor Services to ensure exceptional customer service, efficient ticketing, and a welcoming environment.Supervise, coach, and evaluate frontline staff, driving strong performance in ticket and membership sales.Develop and implement training programs and sales strategies that balance revenue goals with outstanding guest experience.Lead the Volunteer Office, including recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, recognition, and retention strategies.Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, tour operators, and tourism stakeholders to drive group and corporate sales.Represent the museum at trade shows, conventions, and community events, serving as a key ambassador for the institution.Look for opportunities to partner and table events at the University of Texas at Austin, collaborating with UT departments on outreach initiatives and recruiting and engaging UT students.Collect, analyze, and report on visitation, sales, membership conversions, and volunteer engagement to inform strategy.Ensure accuracy and efficiency in ticketing, membership, and volunteer databases, maintaining compliance with policies.Partner with the marketing team to leverage audience insights and analytics to grow revenue, engagement, and visitor satisfactionAssist with staffing on-site and off-site museum and community events and programs.Other duties as assigned.
