Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the donor experience, and to inform program decisions and keeping informed of latest ideas, developments and trends in top donor engagement stewardship strategies.Assist in the planning of, and as assigned, on-site coordination of logistical details, verification of timely execution of production schedule details, load-in activities, set-up and strike. Coordinate with multiple working groups including campus service providers, accounting and external vendors, in production preparations and adherence to safety protocols. Coordinate with team members for reviews and approvals of stewardship initiatives and provide insight and expertise on how to increase the quality and effectiveness of stewardship and engagement at events. Set-up check-in logistics for VIP donors and guests, traffic flow and way-finding. Develop, implement and maintain communication plans for office colleagues, university services personnel, external vendors, student organizations, college, school and unit representatives and others associated with the office. Facilitate logistics of event production and program meetings, including preparing meeting materials (presentation decks, agendas, supporting documents, budgets, etc.), communications, arrangements, meeting minutes and other forms of meeting documentation, maintain event records, historical reference materials (past event photos, final budgets) and notebooks. Provide coordination of assigned event elements (design support, research of welcome gifts/specialty items/swag) and general office support as assigned. Provide day-to-day logistical planning and coordination of general production duties for university events, budget updates, PO tracking, final invoice reconciliation, making space reservations, submitting parking and transportation requests, security requests, permit requests, and work orders, ordering event supplies, organizing inventory, distribution and storage of event materials, and participating in the evaluation of ongoing events. To perform other duties as assigned.
