Job Skills / Requirements

HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Sunstates Security is seeking FULL TIME and PART TIME seasoned, professional, Armed Security Officers to protect personnel, property, and assets at high-value client sites across the South Austin Metro area . All Shifts , and a ll days of the week- including weekends are available. This is a premium-rate position designed for highly skilled officers who bring real-world experience and hold themselves to the highest professional standard.

At $30/hr paid weekly, this role pays well above the Austin market average, because we expect above-average results. If you have the credentials, the composure, and the commitment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

· Texas Level III or IV Security License in hand

· Former Law Enforcement/Military highly preferred

· 5 years of security experience

· 5 years of customer service experience

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Reliable transportation to and from work

· Attention to details

· Must have open availability to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities:

· Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems

· Conduct hourly foot and/or vehicle patrols

· Escort Client Team Members

· Interact with visitors, members of the public, and team members is a highly professional manner

· Respond to alarms, incidents, and disturbances

· Address trespassers and enforce property rules

· Professionally interact with homeless and transient individuals

· De-escalate situations and contact law enforcement when necessary

· Complete accurate hourly and daily activity and incident reports

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123

High School diploma or equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

Level III Texas Security LicenseDrivers License
