Patient Preparation and MonitoringPrepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and addressing concerns.Administer medications and contrast agents as required.Monitor patient vitals before, during, and after procedures.Assisting During ProceduresAssist radiologists and technologists during imaging procedures.Ensure proper positioning of patients and operation of imaging equipment.Respond to any patient emergencies or adverse reactions during procedures.Patient Education and SupportProvide pre- and post-procedure instructions to patients.Educate patients on the importance of following imaging protocols.Offer reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit.Administrative DutiesMaintain accurate patient records and documentation.Assist with scheduling and coordinating imaging appointments.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Equipment Maintenance and SafetyPerform routine checks and maintenance on imaging equipment.Ensure a clean and safe environment in the imaging suite.Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
