Monitor accounts, code transactions, and perform monthly reconciliationQuality-assure financial data and prepare exports to Salesforce/Power BIManage accounts receivable - prepare invoices, review credit card vouchers and process payments for large-scale programs with thousands of students.Monitor and respond to inquiries from students, employers, faculty, staff, and other UT offices regarding payments and finances with independence, clarity, and professionalismManage accounts payable process payment vouchers for vendors and independent contractorsSupport the work and functioning of the CDSO team, assist CDSO Director and Assistant Director with administrative dutiesOther related duties as assigned
