Support the implementation and evaluation of academic program initiatives, including measurable outcomes and continuous improvement efforts.Coordinate student engagement and wellness activities, including student organizations, events, and research opportunities.Provide comprehensive administrative support for Student Affairs operations, including budget management, compliance reporting, and records maintenance.Serve as a primary resource for students, assisting with financial processes, travel documentation, and access to academic and research support.Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure effective program delivery, including organizing committee meetings and cross-departmental coordination.Plan and execute educational events, workshops, and official student programs, managing all logistics and post-event assessments.Contribute to strategic planning, program evaluation, marketing, and special projects as assigned.Maintain internal controls, uphold reporting structures, and perform additional duties as needed.Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across stakeholders.Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills and digital platforms to manage data, prepare reports, and support program efficiency.Exhibit high attention to detail, time management, and reliability in completing tasks and maintaining a professional workspace.
