Position Summary: 

Prepares products for packaging and distribution by performing the necessary duties. Efficient and accurate packaging of our product is critical to success as our shipping department is the last step in getting quality products to our customers. Maintains positive relationships through service and participating in a positive workplace environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Packages, labels, and wraps goods for appropriate shipment on a daily basis.
• Assembles goods into bags, boxes and other containers and assembles orders according to proper locations.
• Wraps pallets with plastic wrap and labels accordingly.
• Assures orders and documentation received by designated customer are accurate.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures.
• Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining quality work and minimal errors
• General daily housekeeping including sweeping floors, cleaning and organizing work station to ensure safe work areas
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Demonstrate high attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• High degree of accuracy and great sense of urgency while meeting standards
• Possess efficient organizational skills & ability to problem solve
• Capacity to work well in a team environment while maintaining a professional, friendly, and respectful demeanor with coworkers
• ERP, SAP experience preferred but not required.

``` - Walking and standing for long periods of time is required. - Must be able to bend, squat, and lift up to 35 pounds on a regular and continuous basis, with ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
