Warehouse Associate -- $18-23/Hour
Job Description
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for various tasks including reviewing batch tickets, managing documentation, and communicating with our scheduling and customer service teams.
Responsibilities
Provide directions to the facility.
Review and close out batch tickets efficiently.
Email documents throughout the day to the planner and corporate office.
File documents appropriately to maintain organized records.
Print labels for inventory management.
Collaborate with the scheduler to ensure timely operations.
Communicate effectively with customer service to address any issues.
Essential Skills
Experience with inventory and labeling.
Proficiency in email communication.
Strong customer service skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in a farm or outdoor work environment, OR
1 year experience in a production facility operating machinery.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
Capability to stand and perform physical work throughout the day, including overtime.

Work Environment
Work in our brand new facility in Aurora, where you will be part of a small team that is set to grow significantly. The dress code is casual with jeans and steel-toed shoes. Regular hours are 7am-3pm, Monday to Friday, with some extended hours during the busy season in June and July. Saturday shifts rotate, with one Saturday off per month, and the option to work additional Saturdays if desired.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, NE.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
