ManpowerGroup Warehouse Operations Manager (CDL Class A Required) in Aurora, Colorado
Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager (CDL Class A Required)
to join their team. In this role you are responsible for overseeing and executing all daily warehouse functions while ensuring a highly organized, client-ready environment that reflects a premium brand standard. This role also serves as a backup CDL driver to support delivery operations as needed. Success in this position requires strong operational ownership, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering on customer service promises.

Location: Aurora, CO
Pay Range: $75K - $95K
Shift: Day Shift, Mon-Fri
What's the Job?
Execute and oversee all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping coordination
Perform pick-pack-ship functions with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy, organization, and cleanliness
Handle quartz countertop materials safely using proper two-person handling protocols
Ensure the warehouse is maintained as a premium showroom environment at all times
Prepare the warehouse to be fully organized, clean, and client-ready at the end of each day
Support and fulfill service commitments made by the Branch Sales Manager by ensuring timely and accurate order processing
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Professional and effective communication with customers, vendors, and team members
Proactive problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions when needed
Ability to take ownership and ensure consistent operational excellence
What's Needed?
Valid CDL Class A license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations
Preferred experience in building materials, flooring, or distribution environments
Hands-on experience with physical warehouse work and operations processes
