Aerotek Electrical Assembler in Aurora, Colorado

Hiring Electrical Assemblers - Denver, CO

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Electrical Assembler to support the build and wiring of electrical components for chamber models. In this role, you will work under direct supervision while following engineering documents, wiring diagrams, schematics, and written instructions. You will assemble a variety of electrical sub‑assemblies, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to process flow.

Shift: 1st shift, 7:00am-5:30pm (Monday-Thursday) w/ OT as needed on Fridays, never weekend work

Job Description:

  • Prepare electrical panels by cutting DIN rails, labeling panels, and mounting fuses, relays, controls, and circuit breakers.

  • Install all parts and sub‑assemblies required for electrical chamber builds.

  • Perform wire routing and electrical connections for pneumatics assemblies, power panels, e‑stop panels, sub‑panels, and junction boxes.

  • Pull required parts from the warehouse to complete work orders.

  • Initiate CPRs when non‑conformances are identified during assembly.

  • Use hand tools such as wire prep tools, crimpers, drills, wrenches, saws, grinders, screwdrivers, and knives.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment.

  • Maintain regular physical attendance to meet production needs.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

  • Hands‑on experience with assembly work and hand tools.

  • Ability to perform soldering tasks.

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and skill development.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.

  • Dependability in following instructions and completing tasks on time.

  • Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and task relevance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.38 - $22.38/hr.
