About the Role
Oracle's Global Lease Administration team, part of the Global Controller Organization, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lease Administrator – Data Centers (IC3) to manage a portfolio of data center leases and subleases and to support accurate lease data, billing/payment processing, compliance, and reporting.
This position supports compliance with ASC 842 and IFRS 16 and contributes to efficiency and accuracy across Oracle’s global data center lease portfolio.
In this role, you will independently manage an assigned lease portfolio end-to-end, including maintaining lease records and supporting documentation in Oracle’s lease management system, coordinating lease-related billings and payments, supporting close activities, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure data integrity.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage an assigned portfolio of data center leases and subleases, including day-to-day administration and ongoing maintenance of lease records.
Prepare and enter new lease setups, lease modifications, and updates (terms, financial obligations, key dates, and supporting documentation) in Oracle’s lease management system, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Validate lease data integrity through regular self-audits and participation in portfolio data audits; identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections with appropriate stakeholders.
Prepare, coordinate, and support processing of lease-related payments and billings to enable timely and accurate financial transactions (including interfacing support to Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, as applicable).
Review lease provisions and payment terms to support SOX compliance and adherence to Source-to-Settle policies; escalate exceptions and non-standard terms for review by appropriate approvers.
Partner with Controllers/Finance to support management reporting needs and general ledger close activities, including ensuring portfolio completeness and responding to data requests.
Support audit inquiries by gathering documentation, explaining lease record support, and coordinating responses with Finance/Controllers, as needed.
Support compliance with ASC 842, IFRS 16, and Oracle internal accounting policies through accurate data capture and document retention.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Controllers, Finance, AP/AR, Procurement, SMS, Project Managers, and external landlords/tenants to resolve issues and maintain accurate lease records.
Work with multiple currencies and translated lease documents using Oracle translation tools as needed.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in real estate/data center lease administration, accounting, or a related field, with demonstrated ability to manage a lease portfolio independently.
Bachelor’s degree (Accounting preferred) with strong understanding of lease accounting concepts under ASC 842 / IFRS 16.
Experience with lease contracts and subleases (required).
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to work in a high-volume, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset.
Experience working with global portfolios, multicultural environments, and multi-currency transactions.
Proficiency with Oracle lease management and financial systems and MS Excel.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
