I. Job Summary
Support the Inside Sales team with commercial programs by ensuring tasks stay on track, following up on action plans and deliverables, maintaining established collaboration channels, ensuring reports are updated and maintained, and assisting in coordinating large events and cross-functional meetings.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure that various commercial managers are equipped with the necessary tools and support to be successful with their projects and initiatives.
Assist in updating results, helping prepare data and reporting prior / post event, assisting with any follow up activities related to action plans
Assist with tracking and communication of results from various Commercial projects, events and initiatives.
Partner with CI Managers to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved.
Leads the coordination to define the requirements and scope for strategic projects.
Schedules tasks, deadlines, and key milestones to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Looks for ways to mitigate resource constraints and other risks, associated with the timeline.
Meets with business sponsors on a regular basis to communicate project progress and discuss issues.
Resolves issues with the appropriate level of management.
Effectively manages “scope creep” by building consensus about the necessity to change the original project plan.
Analyze and interpret complex production and processes.
Partner with key business stakeholders to identify opportunities, present ideas, and make recommendations based upon analysis to further business goals.

III. Qualifications
A. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (accredited )in Business, Economics, Marketing or other related field, or equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating strong organizational and change management skills.
3 years of relevant business or project management experience required, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.

The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $63,030 - $78,760 . This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
