Design Manager - Auckland

This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially astute and technically-minded Design Manager, to play a key role within WSP’s Buildings business. You’ll provide end‑to‑end project and design management services on medium to large‑scale projects, working closely with clients and delivery partners to achieve outstanding outcomes.

As part of our Clients and Major Projects team, you’ll join a high‑performing group of Design Managers committed to design excellence, continuous improvement, and collaborative delivery. Your work will span multiple sectors and project lifecycles, offering real variety and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

About you:

You can bring clarity, structure, and commercial awareness to complex projects. You thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated by delivering quality outcomes for clients and communities alike.

You’ll also bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in an area related to Buildings Engineering, Architecture or related

  • Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in a related discipline

  • Current clean drivers license
