* Job Description Customer Service Representative/Marketing Specialist *
This is a Customer Service Representative and entry level Marketing Specialist position responsible for coordinating with professionals and target audiences, recording data and overseeing the company's social media channels. This job description services as a foundational guide for attracting candidates who are eager to start their careers in customer service and marketing that contributes to the success of the company.
Duties include, but not limited to: Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers and/or the public. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail. Heavy interactions and consultations with industries to include Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Physician Offices, Senior Centers and 55 and Up Communities, etc. Generate leads for the business through marketing activities and advertising campaigns. Confer with potential customers about available services in detail. Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships - developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time. Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork. Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers. Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs. Promote company services across a variety of media including social, print, in person, and email. Attend community meetings and events to raise awareness of the business and build network of potential clients. Build an email list and maintain regular information submittals about the company to possible clients. Consistent posting helps maintain engagement and visibility. Learn to interact with current patients and businesses to keep them informed about any new services, health tips and practice updates.
