POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a Raw Materials Handler. The Handler is responsible for performing Shipping, Receiving, Delivery and Inventory daily departmental activities. This position is also responsible for all aspects of assisting the production operations. In all actions, supports Sonaca North America's Quality Policy, Mission Statement and other Company policies and procedures by supporting our commitment to total customer satisfaction, quality products and services, lean processes, continuous improvement, on-time delivery, safety, teaming, individual accountability, and respect for people.
Pay Range - $20-$23 per hour DOE
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform Shipping, Receiving, Delivery and Inventory daily departmental activities
Follow all applicable SP's, QAP's, and procedures
Load/ Unload trucks using fork truck, pallet jack, and/or hand truck as needed and according to all safety regulations
Unpack crates and boxes, check items for accuracy and damage and document accordingly
If parts are incorrect, defective, or if paperwork is incomplete, place the receipt "on-hold" and follow up with the appropriate Sonaca North America plant or vendor to correct
