Job Title: Press Brake Operator Job Description

As a Press Brake Operator, you will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the production process through the assembly of parts, machinery operation, and metal forming. Responsibilities
Assemble parts and operate machinery as instructed by supervisors.
Bend, punch, hand form, deburr, or saw metal products.
Support the production team to ensure quality products and services.
Adhere to the company's Quality Policy, Mission Statement, and procedures.
Commit to total customer satisfaction, lean processes, continuous improvement, and on-time delivery.
Essential Skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Proficiency in using calipers, press brakes, and operating CNC machines.
Experience with sheet metal fabrication and machine operation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Three to six months of related experience or training.
Knowledge of punching processes, punch tooling, and roll forming with sheet metal is a plus.
Understanding of process flows, lead times, and lean principles in a manufacturing environment.
Strong team player with reliability and knowledge of safe lifting techniques.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, organized manufacturing shop dedicated to producing parts for Boeing using steel and sheet metal. The environment can be heavy and loud but is designed to ensure safety and efficiency. The standard work shift is Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexibility for early starts at 5 AM and overtime when required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
