What you will do: Directly responsibleforalldepartmentalactivitiesincluding inventory,productionand accuracy Partnerwith1stshiftsupervisor foroptimaldepartmental performance Monitor andimprovesafety performance Manage andoptimizewiremachineutilization, partner with maintenance team for service and repair Plan, schedule, andmaintaincoverage forshifts Monitorqueuesanddirect resources accordingly Ensuredepartmentsareperformingto expected customer service standards Mentor and grow aworld class cross-trained team UtilizeNorth CoastTool Kitto positively influence key performance indicators Other duties as assigned What you will bring: Proactivecommunication skills High levelof organization Great follow through on tasks Team oriented approach to tasks with excellent customer service skills Previouswarehouseand/orwire, pipeexperience Proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook, and Word Comfortablewriting/responding toemails Proficient in using Solar for trouble shootingcommon questionsrelated to deliveries Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT) Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+lbs.)
