Adecco US, Inc. Production Operator - Printing / Bindery in Auburn, New York
Adecco is recruiting for a Print Production / Bindery Operator for a printing company in Auburn, NY . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with pay in the $17-25 per hour range, based on experience.
This position is responsible for operating bindery and finishing equipment, assisting with print production, and troubleshooting machinery to keep production running efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with printing, bindery, machine operation, or mechanical troubleshooting experience.
Responsibilities
Operate bindery and finishing equipment such as cutters, folders, stitchers, and other post-press machinery
Troubleshoot equipment and make adjustments to keep production running
Assist with digital printing and print production as needed
Package and prepare finished printed materials for shipping
Read and follow job tickets and production instructions
Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep work area clean and organized
Work with the production team to meet deadlines and production schedules
Qualifications
Printing, bindery, press operation, or machine operation experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to read measurements and follow written instructions
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
Reliable and able to work in a small team environment

Pay Details: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour
