Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join our team as an Equipment Maintenance Technician on the 3rd shift. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment, including grinders, conveyors, dryers, and more. Your role is vital in supporting predictive maintenance efforts to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime. You will also troubleshoot and repair equipment in collaboration with injection and blow molding teams and participate in major shutdown maintenance projects.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on grinders, conveyors, dryers, hopper loaders, vacuum units, TCUs, gearboxes, motors & drives, and PLCs.
Support predictive maintenance efforts to minimize downtime and increase reliability.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment in collaboration with injection/blow molding teams.
Assist the tool room and engage in major shutdown maintenance projects.
Essential Skills
Experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Proficiency in PLCs, robotics, and electronics.
At least 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, and basic computer skills.
Ability to work on motors, pumps, drives, and mechanical assemblies.
Minimum 1 year experience working with a predictive maintenance (PM) plan.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must supply own tools and steel toe boots.
Ability to work independently on the night shift.
Experience in production, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, drives, tooling, lockout tagout, wiring, grinders, and documentation.
Minimum of one role in the past on a 3rd shift.
Plastics experience is a plus but not required.
Strong documentation skills for record-keeping purposes.
Familiarity with Lockout Tagout (LOTO) and safety procedures.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $79000.00/yr.
