Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Area Manager to oversee multiple locations within a designated region. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the cleaning and upkeep of floors at assigned locations. You will act as a liaison between the company, cleaners and customers, provide quality control of services preformed, maintain inventory, i.e ordering and delivery. Manage repairs on maintenance on equipment and make routine site visits.
Your leadership will ensure that each location meets its goals, delivers exceptional customer service, and adheres to company standards.
Qualifications
High School Diploma (GED) Knowledge of custodial tasks and responsibilities, understanding of custodial materials and chemicals. Ability to safely work with equipment, mild chemicals common to the trade and do so in a manner safe to oneself, others in the area and to the environment. Ability to lift up to and including 50lbs. Must have reliable transportation.
Clean driving record. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug testing. Must be able to operate a variety of tools and equipment including but not limited to, vacuum cleaner, buffers, scrubbers, etc.... Ability to kneel, crouch, reach, sit, stand, walk, talk, hear and preform repetitive motions. Ability to exert up to 100 Lbs. of force occasionally, and up to 50 Lbs. of force frequently and up to 20 Lbs. of force constantly to lift, push, pull or move objects.
