Adecco US, Inc. HR Coordinator in Auburn, Maine

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our client’s team in the Auburn, ME metro area. This role is fully onsite and plays a key part in supporting daily human resources operations, ensuring a positive employee experience, and maintaining compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and orientation

  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality

  • Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries

  • Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates

  • Help implement HR policies and procedures

  • Track and report on HR metrics such as turnover, attendance, and training completion

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Business Partner

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • 1–3 years of HR or HR administrative experience

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Work Environment

This is a full-time, onsite position based in the Auburn, ME metro area. Candidates must be able to work in the office Monday through Friday during company business hours.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
