Adecco US, Inc. HR Coordinator in Auburn, Maine
Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our client’s team in the Auburn, ME metro area. This role is fully onsite and plays a key part in supporting daily human resources operations, ensuring a positive employee experience, and maintaining compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and orientation
Maintain employee records and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
Help implement HR policies and procedures
Track and report on HR metrics such as turnover, attendance, and training completion
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Provide general administrative support to the HR Business Partner
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
1–3 years of HR or HR administrative experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

This is a full-time, onsite position based in the Auburn, ME metro area. Candidates must be able to work in the office Monday through Friday during company business hours.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
