Advantage Home Care Systems CNA and Per Diem Case Manager in Auburn, Massachusetts
CNA and Per Diem Case Manager CNA will assist client with ADL, Lite Meal Prep, House Keeping, Lite Grocery Shopping. Case Manager adding client with Bill Paying Housing if needed, Medical Referrals as needed. CNA \$18-20 Case Manager will discuss. Hours are between 8am and 6pm Monday-Friday may be some Saturday, Sunday and Holidays
