Blue Chip Talent, Inc. has an opening for the position of SAP Systems Analyst (Ref# SSA39SP).
Work Location: 3800 Automation Ave. Auburn Hills, MI 48326.
Job Duties: Work with IT to implement SAP process and system improvements. Prototype and implement process and reporting improvements. Use analytics to help improve IT and Business decision-making. Test, document, and conduct end user training regarding system enhancements to ensure the SAP system is being used properly and meeting the business needs. Perform SAP security tasks to make sure that the information required in the process of SAP application is secure and safe and is not misused. Prepare and develop plans and procedures for the security and standardization of the SAP application and communicate the same to the members of the organization. Manage user administration in SAP and SAP GRC including user provisioning and deprovisioning, creating and execution of user authorization requirements. Build SAP security roles and authorization. Responsible for the development and management of user access rights on computer systems running SAP software. Design dashboards using Qlik Sense to automate archaic manual processes and improve decision-making and maintain the dashboards to address key data analytics requirements. Extract data from SAP database and develop Qlik Sense applications to drive actionable insights and help business decisions. Analyze usage of T-codes and create, edit, and remove SAP Security roles in new role design. Monitor risk associated with the user's role, by running Segregation of Duties (SoD) using SAP GRC. Support SAP security strategy and influence best practices and industry benchmarks. Evaluate and resolve SAP security issues by following the standardized procedures and processes. Create business blueprint and design documents in consultation with the business for security and GRC activities. Work with the other IT teams and businesses to provide specialized SAP security for the projects. Coordinate with various teams for smooth implementation of SAP security and GRC tasks. Ensure compliance with the security policies, processes, and procedures pertaining to the SAP application.
Requirements: This position requires a Master's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation including Application Analyst or related experience. Position requires 1 year of experience with SAP Security and SAP GRC. 40hrs/week.
