ManpowerGroup Project Engineer in Auburn Hills, Michigan
Our client, a tier 1 supplier within the automotive industry, is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team. As a Project Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting cross-functional teams including design, production, procurement, and quality. This would be a hybrid position.

Location: Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326
Pay Range: $72,000 - $100,000 + up to 10% Bonus

What's the Job?
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from conception through completion.
Ensure technical requirements, cost targets, schedules, and quality standards are met.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare and maintain project documentation such as drawings, specifications, and customer required documents.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to meet project milestones.
Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and recommend corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.
What's Needed?
2+ years of Project Engineering experience
Must have experience within tier 1 automotive as a supplier - no OEM
Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing Process experience such as stamping, injection molding, cold heading, riveting, machining, & fine blanking.
Familiarity with industry-standard CAD software (e.g., CATIA, NX).
Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office systems, especially Excel and Project.
