ManpowerGroup Networking Technician in Auburn Hills, Michigan
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and enterprise solutions sector, is seeking a Network Technician to join their team. As a Network Technician, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting the Network Operations team in Automotive Manufacturing Environment.
Job Title: Network Technician | 8AM- 5PM
Location: Auburn Hills, Michigan
Pay Range: $25-$27/HR + Benefits
What's the Job?
Support the daily operation, maintenance, and optimization of the corporate headquarters network infrastructure.
Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including switches, routers, wireless access points, firewalls, and network cabling.
Monitor network performance using enterprise monitoring tools and diagnose connectivity issues.
Assist with upgrades, replacements, and technology refreshes across core and edge network environments.
Provide prompt support for headquarters users and departments experiencing network connectivity issues.
What's Needed?
Associate degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Hands-on experience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN networks.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, STP, routing protocols, and subnetting.
Experience with enterprise switching platforms (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, etc.).
Ability to troubleshoot physical and logical network issues using CLI and diagnostic tools.
