Manage Digital Solutions Information Technology to support business objectives of Webasto's manufacturing plants in the United States and in Mexico in accordance with corporate information security standards, processes and policies. Coordinate and review activities of Digital Solutions/ Information Technology employees at Webasto's plants in the Americas region. Define, plan, and implement the corporate Information Services strategy and roadmap, including Information Services standards for hardware and software, policies and processes. Develop and maintain a project governance model to assure business process owners needs are met. Review and approve Webasto hardware and software purchases to assure interoperability of all enterprise systems for Webasto's sites in the Americas region.  Plan and manage the IT/DS Budget of expenses and CAPEX for the Region Americas.  Recommend and co-authorize changes to IS policies with global CIO and CFO for use of systems and DS standards. Manages Cybersecurity for Americas region.
