The Phillip Charles Group Data Entry Clerk in Auburn Hills, Michigan

We are currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk/Office Assistant for our client, a growing Insurance company in Auburn Hills.  The Data Entry Clerk/Office Assistant will support a team of Insurance Adjusters.

The work schedule will be Monday -- Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The hourly pay rate range is $17.00 - $20.00 depending on experience.

This is a temporary to hire position.

Data Entry Clerk/Office Assistant Duties:

  • Entering inventory data into Excel spreadsheets
  • Conducting research on the internet.
  • Maintain spreadsheets for each claim.
  • Support Insurance Adjuster's with various projects.
  • Pulling, filing, auditing and maintaining charts for the team assigned.

Data Entry Clerk/Office Assistant Requirements:

  • Minimum HSD
  • 1+ years of recent office experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience working with voice recorded dictation is a plus
