The Phillip Charles Group Cable Assembly Technician in Auburn Hills, Michigan
Our client, a leading provider of state-of-the-art, customized cable assembly solutions. Their expertise encompasses multiple industries from Defense and General Industry to Robotics and Automation. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add Cable Assembly Technicians to their dynamic team in Troy, Michigan. * The *Cable Assembly Technician will be responsible for the assembly process from start to finish.
The hourly pay rate range is between $18.00 - $22.00 depending on experience. The work schedule is Monday -- Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. This is a temporary to hire opportunity working in a very clean & climate control environment.
Cable Assembly Technician Duties:
- Build cable assemblies per blueprints and schematics
- Soldering
- Crimp terminals and strip wires
- Pushing pins and connectors
Use hand tools and machines to cut and measure cables

Cable Assembly Technician Requirements:
- 1+ years of related experience
- HSD or GED
- Must pass background check
- Ability to read blueprints/schematics
Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-a-620 quality compliance
Cable Assembly Technician Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Adhere to tight quality standards
