? What You’ll Do
As a BOM Specialist, you will act as a key connector between engineering and production teams:
Create and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for prototype vehicle builds
Partner with engineering teams to ensure all BOM milestones are met on time
Analyze and validate engineering data to ensure correct part usage and classification
Assign proper subsystem codes, departments, and part identification flags
Serve as a liaison between BOM Lead, Build Leads, and Engineering teams
Process Engineering Change Bulletins (ECBs) to maintain system accuracy
Identify issues early and escalate risks to ensure smooth project execution
? What We’re Looking For
Basic Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments
Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) processes and change management
Familiarity with FCA/Stellantis systems
