Savvy Staffing has a great Stamp Press Operator Position in Attleboro, MA! Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch) Reports to: Production Manager & Department Lead We are seeking a reliable Stamp Press Operator to support operations in our Stamp Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on manufacturing work in a high-variety, low-volume production environment where flexibility and attention to detail are important. Key Responsibilities Operate and assist with setup of stamping presses Produce high-quality parts while meeting production standards Perform basic tool and equipment maintenance Follow quality procedures to ensure first-pass quality Participate in daily team meetings and continuous improvement efforts Cross-train in other departments as needed Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Qualifications High school diploma or GED Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) Ability to lift 3040 lbs regularly Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable working in a team environment Some experience operating manufacturing machinery preferred Preferred Experience Experience in the jewelry industry Knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts Experience operating hydraulic or pneumatic presses
