Entry Level Machine Operator Needed!
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator responsible for setting up machines to start a production cycle, controlling and adjusting machine settings, and feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.
Responsibilities
Set up machines to initiate a production cycle.
Control and adjust machine settings, such as speed.
Feed raw material or parts into semi-automated machines.
Ensure quality standards are met by conducting regular inspections.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Essential Skills
Experience in production and machine operation.
Proficiency in general labor and assembly tasks.
Ability to read blueprints and use calipers.
Experience with press operation and stamping.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in setting up machines for production cycles.
Ability to control and adjust machine settings effectively.
Experience in feeding raw materials to semi-automated machines.

Work Environment
The role is based in a machine shop environment with numerous press and stamping machines. Available shifts include 1st shift from 7am to 3:30pm, 2nd shift from 3:30pm to 2am with four 10-hour shifts, and 3rd shift from 4:30pm to 8:30am with three 12-hour shifts.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Attleboro, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
