Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Attleboro, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing information related to incoming inventory items, ensuring speed and precision in all tasks. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient processing of essential data.
Responsibilities:
• Unpack and inspect incoming rings and pendants to verify accuracy and quality.
• Accurately input details such as ring sizes, engraving specifications, lettering, and diamond counts into the system.
• Utilize company software to create work orders and update relevant records.
• Perform additional data entry tasks, including collating materials and organizing documentation.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and speed while executing all assigned duties.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless processing of inventory data.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in product details.
• Follow established procedures for data entry and inventory management. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
• Proficient typing skills with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
• Familiarity with numeric and computer-based data entry systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Basic knowledge of inventory handling or related processes is a plus.
• Comfortable working with specialized software and systems.
