This Is Grant-Funded Position expected to end on, or around, 9/30/2026
Examples of Duties
• Reports to the Dean, Workforce Development, College & Career Pathways
• Supervises staff assigned to the program
• Serves as the contact person for the assigned program
• Supervises and coordinates all activities related to the assigned program
• Coordinates participant intake and pre/post-testing
• Oversees curriculum development
• Attends/conducts required staff, partner, and technical meetings
• Collects, compiles, and reports participant data to the College and required agencies
• Conducts inventory of equipment and supplies, coordinates repair/maintenance as needed
• Creates and supervises required program schedules
• Maintains participant data and oversees the maintenance of participant files
• Orders necessary supplies for program execution
• Participates in professional associations and groups related to the program
• Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the College and program partners, as required
• Presents workshops, training sessions, and information sessions as needed
• Provides participant advising and referrals to additional courses and programs
• Recruits, screens, and recommends new hires and evaluates staff
• Responds to the potential participant and other program inquiries
• Responsible for recruitment and intake of eligible participants
• Serves as program liaison with outside agencies and partners
• Serves on internal and external committees related to the delivery of program objectives
• Uses the college's student and financial information system to run reports
• Serves as the liaison to external and internal committees as assigned
• Works with other College departments to meet program objectives and requirements
• Represents the program at internal and external events
• Performs duties related to the Foundations for Success Program as assigned
Typical Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's degree
Experience
• Three-five years of experience working with special populations
• Experience with job work/job readiness programs (coordination and instruction)
• Experience with the delivery and coordination of training programs
Competencies and Skills
• Experience working with Workforce Development Boards and state/federal agencies
• Experience working with budgets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and have the ability to work with databases
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to deliver speaking presentations to small and large audiences

This Is Grant-Funded Position expected to end on, or around, 9/30/2026
This position requires scheduling to include evenings and weekends, and duties at any Atlantic Cape campus and other locations related to delivering the grant objectives.
